Mistake #1 - Getting information overload. This is a very common problem, but the underlying reason for it is certainly not a bad one. Natural dieting is based on eating all types of nutrients, only SLIGHTLY reducing your calorie intake, never depriving yourself, and eating foods in a way to boost your metabolism (such as eating more often with smaller meal portions).

Mistake #2 - Not having a plan before getting started with losing weight.
What To Do Instead - Before you start a weight loss journey, you must have a plan in place in order to help yourself stay motivated. This includes knowing WHY you want to get in shape, what diet you want to go on, what type of exercise regimen you want to go on (and will be right for YOU), etc.
